The solutions indicated then that we do not require advanced knowledge in mobile telephony, and in fact can implement without compromising the data we have stored on your mobile or tablet.
Solution number 1. Restart the phone
The most simple and obvious solutions can also be the most effective, especially in the world of Android. An initial solution that would allow us to get fix a bug in an application is to restart the phone or tablet in that we are getting the error. To reset a mobile or tablet need only hold the button for several seconds to lock the screen, and when a pop-up window appears on the screen we have to select the option to “Hide”.
Solution number 2. Clear the internal application data
In case you do not get to solve the problem with the application to restart your terminal, the next thing we should do is perform a cleaning of all internal data of the application that is generating problems. Listed below is the procedure for cleaning, but yes, we should know that by taking these steps we will lose all the data we had stored in the application we are creating problems (data access, our preferences, etc.):
- We enter the application settings of our mobile or tablet, which is represented by the gear icon gray.
- Click on the section “Application Manager” (in other terminals that paragraph may also occur with other names such as “Application Manager” or simply “Applications”).
- Then we look at the list of issues of particular application is generating problems on our mobile. Once we have located, click on it.
- Finally, once in the configuration window of the application that we have selected, we click on the buttons “Clear Data” and “Clear Cache”. Once we pressed on these buttons is also recommended that you press on the button of “Force stop”, which will make the application having to start again when we proceed to open after this procedure.
We now return to the main screen of your terminal and try to access the application that was failing us on our mobile or tablet.
Solution number 3. Reinstalling the application
A rather more radical than the previous two solution is to completely uninstall the application that is generating problems for later, and then reinstall it again. In this case the steps would be these:
- We enter the application settings.
- Click on the section “Application Manager”.
- We look for the application that is causing us problems and click on it.
- In the configuration screen of the application that will be opened by clicking on the application in question should see a button called “Uninstall”. Click on it and follow the instructions to us on the screen to uninstall the application from our terminal.
- Once we have uninstalled, navigate to the store of Google Play and download it back to your terminal.
Solution number 4. Update the application
In many cases it may also be the possibility that the head of an application fails to Android is the need to upgrade this application to work properly. It is essential that we keep updated our applications, since it is the only way to ensure that these applications have all errors corrected by the developers. At the top of the page several buttons appear, and if any of them have the name “Update” we click on it and follow the instructions onscreen us. In the event that this button does not appear to us means that we have updated to the latest version available and that, therefore, this solution will help us solve the problems we are having with its application.
Solution number 5. Delete the updates
Of course, completely opposite to the above solution, may also be the case that the charge of an application is an upgrade fails. Therefore, uninstall updates an application is a solution we must take into account in this case. The steps to implement this solution are:
- We enter the application settings.
